To ensure the highest quality of service, I kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policies: • Securing Your Appointment: To reserve your preferred time, I require a valid credit card on file at the time of booking. This allows me to hold your appointment exclusively for you. • Rescheduling and Cancellations: I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This courtesy allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of $50. This policy helps me manage my schedule and maintain the quality of service you expect. • No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a fee of $75 may be charged. This ensures that my time and the needs of other clients are respected. • Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment and charge 50% of the scheduled service fee. Alternatively, if time permits, we can proceed with a shortened session at the full-service fee.
